The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has signed a landmark ₦2.14 billion Exclusive Broadcast and Data Management Agreement aimed at modernizing league operations, improving transparency, and boosting global visibility.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Wednesday at the Continental Hotel in Abuja, with NPFL Chairman Hon. Gbenga Elegbeleye leading the delegation.
The deal establishes partnerships with Inview Technologies Nigeria Limited, AS Production Hub Limited (ASPH), and Roundup Technologies Limited.
Under the five-year agreement, Inview Technologies will invest ₦2 billion which includes an ₦800 million upfront payment while Roundup Technologies will contribute ₦140 million.


Consequently, the partnership grants exclusive rights for broadcast, data management, and commercialization, with a focus on enhancing the league’s digital infrastructure and fan engagement.
Speaking at the event, Elegbeleye described the deal as “a major milestone in modernizing the NPFL and positioning it among the world’s best-managed leagues.”
He emphasized the league’s goal to make NPFL matches available on free-to-air TV, ensuring wider access for millions of Nigerians.
NFF President Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau lauded the agreement as the result of extensive collaboration, noting it will make NPFL games easily accessible to households across the country.
